Children’s Residential EBD Home – CARE WORKER

Seeking

We are looking for Permanent Careers Staff to join our exciting team.

We are looking for enthusiastic Care worker who has passion for providing the best care to the children’s resident, Good Communication skills and work as a team but also use own initiative.

We are offering a competitive start rate which will be reviewed following successful probationary period.

Capacities and ability to require on additional commitments and vocations movement to help make themselves and occupations action to empower make themselves as well as other people. In excellent conditions we are going be happy to overview paces of pay at an earlier sort out inside time for testing.

 Requirements

1. Diploma in Health and Social Care, NVQ Level 2 or Higher/equivalent
2. Social Work qualification (DipSW/Degree or equivalent).
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Highly Professional
5. Ability to work as an individual and in team
6. Minimum 2year Experience
7. Punctuality and organisational skills

Suitable Benefield experience would be adequate for the right candidate

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and monitor the safety of children in their care
2. Organise activities or implement a curriculum that allow children to learn about the world and explore interests
3. Develop schedules and routines to ensure that children have enough physical activity, rest and playtime.
4. Keep record of children’s progress, routine and interest

Job Type: Permanent Job

Salary: £21000 / year salary
